    Is the ammo sitting in the sun while it's waiting to be fired? Since you say it is getting hot, that can also change things up for you. I notice this when I have used temp sensitive powder in Arizona during the summer when shooting at 100+ weather.

    Why would you put a "bull" barrel....whatever that is, I'm assuming you mean a big contour/heavy barrel...on a rifle in a lightweight CF stock? That sounds really stupid and goes against the whole purpose of the stock.

    I'll have mine in a couple weeks once my rifle is finished. I'll post pictures then and tell you what the texture is. I believe is it just dots of paint that may be a little raised, I doubt it's sand or something that would rub your cheek raw.

    Mil/Mil and FFP are in the Mk4 line now. You do not need to go to the mk6 or mk8 to get them.
