    I agree with those that tell you to move the scope back and retighten the screws with a good torque wrench. I wouldn't leave the turret hitting the rind. Seems to me each time you fire your rifle it's added pressure on the scope turret against the ring.

    I have 20 20 round PMAGS never had a problem with any of them. 20 round Colt mags also have worked flawlesly.

    When the first came out they had a lot of reliability problems. A friend of mine sent his back to POF 3 times and it still never ran reliably. On the other hand I hand an early one and have never had a problem with it Accuracy ws good usually 0.8 moa 5 shoot groups at 100 yards.

    I would wait until you shoot 5 shop groups @100 yards rather than 3 shot groups, which don't tell me how accurate an AR is, before deciding how accurate the you're shooting is.

    t sounds to me like your eyes are straining which may mean you need to visit an optometrist for an eye exam and possibly need eye glasses. Your situation was similar to mine just fter I turned 40.

    Almost everyone of my scope has some gaps between them. Some slightly larger than others but all very slight. As noted use a good torque wrench and adjust to scope manufactures recommendation.     With the cost of the replacement bolt $750 (Canadian) I'd definitely go after the seller if you haven't already done so. Even though you purchased the AT in 2021. I've been shooting for 50 years and have never seen a bolt face as pitted as your AT. 90 rounds thru it, horse lucky.

    I beg to differ. I own 7 NF scopes starting with the NXS and now the ATACTR. Never had a single problem with any of them. Vortex on the other hand I bought a Gen II VV PST 5-25X-50 Milrad last August It's been replaced 3 times for various problems..

    AR-10 Loads

    If you want to use the primers that prevent slam fires CCI 34's are what you want for your AR10. CCI 41's for AR15"s. I use 38 grains of iMR 4895 in all my AR 10"s. Never had primer problems and is a very accurate load for me. YMMV.
