    I was going to pull them all to start over, so I'll be sure to get them back in straight. There's gotta be something weird going on with the shims. But in the end, as long as I can get back to true zero and I keep making hits it's no big deal a suppose.

    I have my 5r doped for Federal Gold Medal 168 SMKs. I chronoed them at 2660 out of my 24" barrel. Although they don't carry energy very well and the wind really bullies em, I have made hits out to a bit over 1100 yrds. At 800 yrds they're only carrying about 875 ft-lbs of energy...

    Oh boy, my 168 grain SMKs are gonna be struggling. My scope is maxed at 1200 yards even, I'll just have to hold over beyond that. The rig did well at 1120 Friday, now if I can just figure out how to stay cool under pressure I'll do alright!

    Re: Sig 226 TacOps mag issues The grips have a bit of a swell built into them over the mag well, so shorter mags would be hard to seat. I'm sure they'd work though. I'll give it a try, thanks!
