    It's been on the news here, people complaining about Schiphol being noisy, but they live in a neighbourhood right below the flight path of most aircraft coming from / going to Schiphol. So I now sympathise with the airfield more than the rest of Amsterdam at least :D Sent from my GT-S6810P...

    Seems good enough. I kinda like the 425 grain bullets, but I do like the idea of an "overdone" .375 Viersco Magnum rifle, not sure why. So a Teludyne'd gain twist barrel, extreme magnification FFP optic, 425 grain solids, etcetera. Sent from my GT-S6810P using Tapatalk

    "Normal" CF barrels are just steel and CF, right? As far as I know, Proof Research makes a thin steel liner, then uses some sort of epoxy or something (with apparently good heat transfer), and finishes it off with a thin layer of CF (probably to make it stronger and to make it look better).     Similar paperwork seems reasonable. But that is quite stupid, a shooting range is obviously going to create some noise, that's like complaining about an airport being noisy... after building a house right next to it. Then suppressors do indeed seem like a good solution, albeit to a problem...
