Re: first S&B range report
Oneshot976 finally talked me into upgrading to S&Bs! I ended up buying 2 from Adam Bauer and haven't looked back. I don't think you'll have any regrets!
Good Luck,

Re: User Tips for Giraud Trimmer
The only other advice I'd give is to make sure you push the brass straight into the cutter. I have experienced an uneven chamfer when I'm not paying attention to this.
I have become a huge fan of this tool. I still don't care for case prep, but with the...

Re: TRG Questions
The only step you may want to consider is cleaning the bore prior to your first range trip. Out of the box, mine had heavy copper from the factory test firing.

Re: Hornady AMAX VS Sierra Matchking 168GR
Agree with what others are saying.... 178 AMAXs have proven to be just as accurate as 175 Sierra MKs out of my TRG22. I have become a believer!

Re: TRG 22 Barrel Break in, necessary?
Was not necessary with my TRG22. I was careful not to let the barrel get "too hot"; other than that, I did nothing special to "break it in". This method does not appear to have impacted accuracy negatively!

Re: Where to buy a TRG-22?
Got my TRG22 from Alex @ Eurooptics..... good price and great service (before and after). The only SAKO "accessory" that I purchased was an additional 10 round magazine. Went with Near mfg base, nightforce rings, scope and Harris bi-pod.
