    300 Norma Mag

I was taking that into account. I only have 95 rounds down. Its just the accuracy was so poor it kinda ruined my weekend. I have a line on a couple pounds of Retumbo so between that and the H1000 I hope to shrink the groups a bit. Gonna play with seating depths as well. My loads for 8133...

    300 Norma Mag

I’m jealous with everyone’s success with their Norma’s. I took mine out finally with 2 different powders (H1000 and IMR 8133) and 3 different bullets. After break-in and all the cleaning I couldn’t get it to shoot under 1” at 100yds. I hope it’s not a gun that won’t shoot but very disappointed...

Let The Hide Speak: Domestically Produced Soft Rifle Cases

Armageddon Gear and the Triad Tactical case are what I have. Both well made, durable and good padding. Both also made in the USA

300 Win Mag 215gr Berger Hybrid

H1000 and 215 gn Hybrids were made for each other. I’m getting 2900 fps with that combo out of my 30” 300 win mag. I know it’s hard to find right now but H1000 is hard to beat in 300 win mag

300 Norma Mag and IMR 8133

That’s where I ended up starting. Actually started at 84.0 and gonna go up to 90.0 gn unless it won’t work that high

300 Norma Mag and IMR 8133

I’m about to load some 8133 in my 300 NM. Curious to hear what charge people are ending up with using the 230’s? Yes I’d love to try RL-33 but I don’t have any, don’t know anyone that has any and it’s not in stock anywhere. Just looking for a good place to start my load work up

    Rifle cases: Triad vs Armageddon

I have both the AG and the Triad. They’re both very well made with great padding. The AG padding is a bit more firm. The Triad has interior straps and 2 big pockets compared to AG having 1 big pocket. The Triad opens all the way while the AG opens up to about the top of where the scope would be...

    What’s most comfortable hiking/shooting boot.

Everyone has different feet, height and weight. There is no ONE perfect for everyone. Danner makes a good boot but I can’t wear em at all. Asolo are the most comfy for me yet I know others that hate em. Dude try some on and wear what you want

What size drag bag for an AX?

Give the Armageddon Gear 58” a look if you’re gonna leave the suppressor on. They also have a 52”. I have 2 and my 2 AX chassis fit just fine

Carry Case for Sordins Supreme Pro-X?

Crown Royal bag works. If you’re not a drinker then the Hornady bag you get with ATips is what I use

    Atlas 5H

I added the Area 419 spigot extension to my 5H just so I could take it on and off between rifles and not have to mess with the tilt adjustment. It also helps push the bipod forward about an inch or so to aid in the stability

Triad Rifle Case vs Armegedon Gear Precision Rifle Case

They’re both great quality. I have the AG bag and love it. It’s simple and padded very well. The Triad is just as nice with different fetures like opening up all the way flat and more involved side pockets. It’s like a stripped down drag bag. Can’t go wrong with either. I only got the AG because...

Looking to extend my LMT quad rail

Find a machinist to mill out the bottom of the rail for MLok and put an ARCA rail on it. Seems like a lot either way

    Retumbo availability

RL 33 and Retumbo are pretty much nonexistent for a while now

    300 Norma Mag

Add that 205 to the 208 and the 220, Berger has .30 cal covered every 5 grains up to 230. Almost too many bullet choices

    300 Norma Mag

I may have missed something but, why is it that Berger is the only company with any sort of tested load data for the 300 NM? I know it’s sorta new but it’s not that new. Is there an actual reason as to why, that anyone knows?
