    Suppressors What do you carry?

Re: What do you carry? I carry a Glock 19. It's simple, high cap, slim and nothing grabs my clothes, and not that expensive.

Rifle Scopes Wait a year or use a cheaper scope for now?

Re: Wait a year or use a cheaper scope for now? I've been using the SS 3-9X for about a year for the same reasons you list. I just graduated up to an F1, I'm sorry to see it go. Magnification was my only real reason to move up.

Sig 5.56 chamber end of the barrel question...

Re: Sig 5.56 chamber end of the barrel question... I've shipped some stuff back to Sig and they usually handle it pretty well. Give you the label, and hook you up with little things, like a case or something when returned.

    protein choice?

Re: protein choice? Amen to that. I've been drinking that stuff for so long, I don't even taste it anymore, or I hate the taste. If I got one that tasted like nothing, it would be a welcome change.

Re: Going back to work I know the feeling well. Bittersweet is how I'd describe it. But congrats.

    POF PDW

Re: POF PDW I had an 11.5 inch on an M16. It was a very nice upper. I never got the can on it, but without it the thing ran great.

Fieldcraft M4 Suppresor on the gun or off?

Re: M4 Suppresor on the gun or off? I leave mine on for in the house. If I ever need it I will be glad it's on there. But for a semi auto, being a lefty I prefer not to use it. Gas in the face.

Suppressors Best .223/ 5.56 Can for the price?

Re: Best .223/ 5.56 Can for the price? I've got an AAC M4-2000 and I've got no complaints. I've used it on full auto too. Not the cheapest though.

    protein choice?

Re: protein choice? This true protein looks like they are selling 25 lbs for 140 bucks? I like the idea of getting it in that kind of bulk. I want to be sure I'm not screwing this up. It says 1 lb has 15 servings at 24 grams each scoop? So there are 375 servings of 24 grams in each 25lb...

    Vibram five finger shoes

    Carbs after noon??

Re: Carbs after noon?? If your cutting down, I would not touch carbs after lunch. I'm doing it right now, only I don't eat them all day. I compete in powerlifting at 198lbs, and walk around 10 months a year about 220. The first thing I do to start dropping the weight, is begin removing...

Fat boy flab, how to suck it up??

Re: Fat boy flab, how to suck it up?? My advice is to build more muscle. Forget about the scale, and focus on the mirror. Putting muscle on your back, shoulders, chest, arms, butt, and legs will maximize whatever results you are able to achieve. The excess skin is going to take more time...

    Sig 556 SBR

Re: Sig 556 SBR Yeah, they have the right idea, but they seem to cut corners or just let sub standard products leave the factory. Such a shame because the Swiss stuff is top notch. That said, if you know what to look for, even the regular 556s will be reliable.

    Shoulder Issues

Re: Shoulder Issues Google Active Release Technique and find a guy that does that in your area. It keeps me going. Also, you will probably need to do stability and strengthening work. I know Joe Defranco fixes shoulders with things like the seated dumbell clean, (I think it's called.)...
