    So here are the two blocks of eight stacked on top of each other. Not glued up, just stacked so you can see the pattern. I will cut these int strips and reglue into the board. More pics later. Also, pay no attention to all the karate trophies in the background. Lol.

    I'm working on another zig zag board. This is a walnut, cherry, maple glue up which makes the rows. The pieces are glued into blocks of three. Then those are glued into stacks of eight. The pic is two eight piece glue ups. Those are cut into strips, which get reglued into the zigzag pattern.

    I second the cooler ice pack. Knee and 3 foot surgeries here, and it was worth every penny. Helped greatly to reduce swelling. Lawless, I hope things work out. I was stuck in a bad work situation, but I was stuck! I'm glad you got away from a toxic environment.
