    Yea I'm going to grab up all the parts and do some testing. I have the old spring and a David tubs spring and then the Jo captured spring. I do use reloads and they have worked up until suppression, no deformed cases, have tried different mags also.

    Yes it was a dpms rifle. Only problem I had with the kit was the heat dissipator they send with it wouldn't fit under my forearm so I took it off.

    I bought a .260 JP 22" barrel kit to replace my dpms original barrel and shoots great so far. Only have about 3-350 rounds down it so far but runs good tight groups from the gas gun so far. Customer service was top notch with the barrage of questions I had.

    Tab Gear RAS sling for a .308. I only ran the lighter .223 with the Magpul ms3 sling. Tab has other options also that are a little less expensive than the RAS model.

    I did what tt350z said on the Timney I just installed. It worked perfectly and only took a few minutes. Safety works perfectly now. Thanks for the tip man.

    Took just over a month to get my caps in from Vortex. Surely didn't take that long to get my Premier caps in. The vortex caps seem ok and fit better than the Butler Creeks I picked up for it.

    Re: Pistol bullets and gr which ones do you like? Can also try powder valley for Berrys. Or xtreme bullets has a good deal on bullets also. We've been using 124's in the 9 mm and 230's in the .45's.
