Rifle Scopes Info on Leupold CCH reticle

I just received my new scope. It is the Leupold VX 3I LRP 6.5-20x50 FFP with the CCH reticle. I absolutely love it. The glass is ultra clear and the scope tracks perfectly. The new reticle is very useful in its design and easy to use. Best of all is its weight. No other brand is even close...

I think I have found my .308 load (CFE 223)...

Cfe223 is very temp sensitive like w748. That is why i switched my 308 load to Imr 8208. Meters great but very temp stable like varget.

I think I have found my .308 load (CFE 223)...

Just curious. Should there be a concern abbot temp sensitivity of that powder at 1000 yards?

Dual purpose spotting scope tripod and shooting rest

Appears built like a tank but expensive only because of the accessory heads. Is it that much more solid than the Bog Pod? I am not a hardcore PRS shooter. I mostly shoot at home with the occasional match. I know the old buy once cry once but is it going to serve me better?

How durable is the tripod? I am looking at the Tac 3 model.

Dual purpose spotting scope tripod and shooting rest

The Bog pod looks interesting. I like the switcheroo system. It looks perfect for PRS style matches.

    FGMM 308win brass

I just weighed mine. Measured about 175.5 grains un-fired. I purchased the case back in 1996. I will be loading them for a Rem 700 308 win 26" barrel that I purchased back in 1990. Hoping to push the Nosler 175 rdfs at 2725.

I have a case of brass from 1996. Is the quality better than today's FGMM brass?

Rifle Scopes Leupold VX3 I LRP or Vortex Viper PST GenII

I already have a Vx3i lrp 4.5-14x50 SFP TMR and love it. I am looking for higher mag, better reticle and FFP. I have no experience with Vortex but they seem to be liked. Leupold has zero stop turrets.

Rifle Scopes Leupold VX3 I LRP or Vortex Viper PST GenII

I am looking at these two scopes for PRS matches. I always liked Leupold especially since it is made in the USA. 1) LEUPOLD - VX-3I LRP 6.5-20X50MM SIDE FOCUS FFP CCH RETICLE This is Leupolds new CCH reticle which is preorder at this time. I like the large turrets and do not mind the 5m turret...
