    Which caliber is better?

Re: Which caliber is better? Yeah I think I'm going to go with a .308. The .223 is good but it seems just a little to small if I wanted to shoot something big or go shoot long range. Thanks for all the input though!

    Which caliber is better?

I'm getting either a Savage 12FV, or a 10 Precision Carbine here in a little bit, and I was wondering whether I should get a .223, or a .308. I only hunt here in Texas, and the biggest thing we have on the place that we hunt on is humongous pigs.

    Scope for new savage 12FV

Re: Scope for new savage 12FV my neighbors have a Nikon on one of their 12FV and they haven't had any troubles with them. And cheap, because I don't need all that fancy of a scope because my farthest shot might be at most 200 yards.
