    Doesn't matter how much you spend on your ammo if you can't see your target or scope want track correctly. Just my thoughts but if you put a $60 scope on a $1200 rifle you now have a $60 rifle.

    At 10' your bullets probably exploded on the thick skull. Maybe I was just lucky but the 4 shot dropped with out flinching.

    I'm really looking to open up any 5 rd mag not just 260 to feed 7wsm. Only mags on market iv seen for the wsm are 7 rds and I'm wanting a shorter mag hence the question can I convert another one to to the job.

    Same stupid rules on my wma but I have taken 4 in the last 2 years with a marlin bolt action. 3 behind the ear and one between the eyes. 35 yards max on all of em. Put the wind in your face and move in.

    7WSM 180 Berger / Sierra Loads

    I'm currently loading 180gr match king with 66gr of retumbo, oal is 2.893 in my 7wsm. Not sure of the velocity as I havent been able to shoot through a chronograph but the load is accurate and shows no sign of pressure .

    Iv been buying 22LR here and there when i go to walmart for a while, counted the other day got 2100rds. Sounds like alot but not realy, I enjoy shooting my 22's and its nothing to shoot 2-300rds in an evening on the bayou. Since the shortage, if thats what its being called now Im real...
