    Arisaka ammo

Re: Arisaka ammo I use mrnambu on gunbroker.com. He loads them himself and pricing is reasonable. You can even send him back the brass to reload to keep the cost down.

    1942 PEM Re-Sniper

Re: 1942 PEM Re-Sniper I just got my 42 Izzy ex PEM back from Frank Robertson yesterday and figured I would share a few pics. I am quite happy on how it turned out and think it is a nice nemesis for my 44 LSR K98. Rifle itself is all matching, and has the crossed out scope number on the...

Re: Please help me decide Is price an issue? If not do something different, show up with a k98 sniper, an Enfield sniper, or a Mosin PU, PEM, or PE. The Mosin would be the cheapest choice which would allow lots of $$$ for ammo. Just my thoughts.

    1944 K98 LSR Recreation

Re: 1944 K98 LSR Recreation Hey Joop, I recognize your name from gunboards. I was able to make a smiley face at 50 yards with Romanian surplus. It's pretty inconsistent. I'd say ammo and optics are the variables I need to change. I'm very tempted to put a PE scope on it for a range day...
