    If this was my gun, I'd try a load at 41.9 or 42.5 (assuming no pressure signs) based on your groups vertical placement. Pick the speed you want and fine tune seating depth.

    Strange for sure, usually Hornady is on the conservative side with their data. Hodgdon also lists 24.3 as max for the 77gr Sierra match king. Seems someone here has had luck with your combo in the same charge range.

    Hodgdon shows 25.0 as max for their 75gr data and you have higher velocity at 20" than their 24" test gun. So yes likely way too much pressure.
