    Re: best bang for the buck in 308 semi I continue to save and ponder as well, and so far I am fairly confident of KAC/DPMS compatibility. Not sure I "need" the monolithic upper, which makes Larue's Predatar very attractive (in spite of the odd name.)

    Re: X-Mark Pro trigger breaks clean.............off Holy crap. Regardless what you do to replace it I would call Rem and get some satisfaction, at least a new trigger group you can sell for $30 to somebody. I did easily break the ADL plastic trigger guard by simply torquing to Rem specs...
