Butt pad isn’t visible in that pic. It’s completely obscured by my arm. I have a 5-25x on there. I really don’t ever use it over about 12-14x. Too much zoom and you get lost too easily. Your 3-18x is fine. You can outshoot the rifle with that.- Eustice

One few more things: The bolt shroud is the black tubular extension on the rear of the bolt. Some of them were covered under a recall. You can check Ruger’s website to see if yours was affected. Rings: Not sure what objective size you have because you didn’t post it and I’m too lazy to google it. But you’ll want 1.4” or higher. He’s saying make something that attaches to the pic rail in front of the forward scope rings. It can have arms that come up around the scope tube that will attach to a picatinny rail that’s sits above the scope tube/objective bell. There is no weight or pressure on the scope rings as the rail...- Eustice

I saw it done on a rifle but it was the .950 JDJ. The extra ring was needed because of the recoil.- Eustice

Maggie’s Stupid Games- She got a stupid prize
So I’ve read about 10 articles that all say the same thing. One thing that isn’t mentioned is anything about the driver of the car that hit her, other than they were let go. Driving without insurance isn’t legal. If they didn’t have it at the scene why were they let go?- Eustice
