    PA does not have any straight wall cartridge restrictions. Ohio does, a lot of western PA guys have bought straight wall cartridge rifles to hunt Ohio.

    I'd say that depends how complete it is. The original quote for mine was 26k for a 40x40x16 with 2 man doors and 2 overhead doors. That's not insulated and with no concrete.     I gave up trying to retain the factory finish on mine. I clamped my aluminum vise Jaws together and drilled them on the split line with a 3/4" drill bit. It fit the barrel snug and it came off pretty easily. There are 2 marks on the barrel from the Jaws, but I figure if I ever decide to use it...

    I just finished swapping a 7mm rem mag barrel out for a 300 win mag barrel. While both were off I measured how far an empty case sticks out of the chamber and both were the same as measured from the shoulder. Wouldn't you think the barrel lettering would line up correctly?     The difference between the two lowest heights is less than one sixteenth of an inch, so as Rob mentioned, no need to worry about the .870" being too high.

    I have a 6.5 Creedmoor ctr with a mountain tactical 20 moa rail and a 6-24x50 vortex viper pst, my rings are . 875" from the top of the base to ring centerline. This leaves about 3/16" between the objective end of the scope and the barrel. With a 44mm objective you will be fine with the lowest...

    RPR Rimfire super ruff bolt

    Mine had the same issue. The extractor clearance groove on each side of the chamber had burrs on it. Jewelers file cleaned it right up and it works fine now.

    So that's what that hole is for! I used it as a pusher bolt hole to remove the factory rail from my ctr. I read all these horror stories and thought maybe tikka added that hole to help get it off there.

    Just get a t3 in whatever variety you like, I've threaded a 300 win mag 9/16-24 and it worked just fine.
