    OP, go have 3 of the best long gun shooters or maybe a distinguished shooter fire your gun. If the groups tighten up the conjecture from the Oracle may be right and my limited knowledge on this skill set needs to get trained up in the advanced marksmanship section.

    Could be the break/device but that is usually a generic answer and usually not the case. Unless the crown was bad from the git-go, any type of muzzle strike or crown marring would produce a much worse group then what the OP photos indicated. I;m thinking its in the loads and/or chamber/head...
