    Prone comfort

The majority of the recoil pad should be in your shoulder. But that isn't what fixes your problem. Check the videos on the Hide for more detail as Frank explains them well. You need to check your prone position and your center axis, make sure your spine and leg is center line or median with the...

    Prone comfort

The first question most should be asking is what is your experience shooting in multiple positions/prone? Secondly, have you practiced laying in the prone position for more then 5 - 7 minutes to take several shots? At the school house we lay under our rifles for several hours to feel that pain...

Who has seen a Creedmoor like this before?

Just visiting his shop and meeting him in person sells his barrels alone. His reputation proceeds himself everywhere. Don't get me wrong, lots of fantastic barrel makers out there but Mark is Legendary.

    Stock or Chassis Selection

Great point! AICS might be a bit more robust hiking, hunting and climbing up a tree stand, if your into that kind of thing.

Who has seen a Creedmoor like this before?

Trigger Time GC in Longmont, Colorado, T3 Firearms Training - T3 Firearms Training. Zach Yarrow spec'd the build and P. Jones the Gunmaker created it. Shot 3/8 MOA yesterday with Hornady factory. We're expecting around 1/4MOA with custom load.

    Stock or Chassis Selection

As mentioned above, highly suggest an AICS 2.0 or AX, Folding stocks are huge for back country humping of harvest and keeps things light. Chop your barrel to 20 or 22" and it will be amazingly light. We do it all of the time and see huge results!

    scope levles

Excellent point. Levels are devastatingly important past 500 - 600 yards with wind. For on scope levels, Flatlineops.com is arguably the best in the industry and their customer service is the best I've ever seen. As far as scope mounts, Sphur makes the most robust, bomb proof mounts on the...

Who has seen a Creedmoor like this before?

"The Mutant" This 6.5 Creedmoor was built using the front half of an Accuracy International AX chassis and the back half of an AICS 2.0 stock. 26" Mark Chanlynn custom barrel screwed into a Badger M2013 short action receiver. Timney trigger Kahles K624i scope in a Spuhr mount TBAC...

    Grease?

Great comments about the wheel bearing grease and the importance of a medium. Their is a lot of argument about what works and doesn't, I don't partake. Because a bolt system doesn't create the heat an auto system does we don't need to worry as much about thermal breakdown. Bearing grease is nice...

The LWRC REPR is a good choice, but the best i've used commercially and officially is the Knights SR 25 series in general. Through all the minutia of AR10 platforms, the problem we see consistently is feeding issues because of the chambers and/or bolt/gas issues, which at our shop is a never...
