    ARC M10s are still relevant indeed and every bit as quality as SPHUR at 1/3rd the cost! I often swap a scope in M10s with little or no adjustments between rifles ( all FNH SPR platforms) other than elevation. Quality is timeless!

    Alpha Brass - light primer strike

    Alpha brass(7SAW),205m primers and a Forester CoAX press primer seater about 400 rounds so far and no light primer strikes so far. I should mention I stopped using a hand seating primer tool when my hands became to arthritic . Alpha pockets are tight ! as previously mentioned.

    The only parts I have that I do not need are the Hogue stock ( I bought it for the FN TBM) and the floor plate/trigger guard with detachable magazine, I plan on keeping the FN TBM/Mags for a 25x47L build in the future!

    My M70 WiP Project Rifle - a saga

    The McMillan and a good bedding job along with a trigger tune up should remedy your problems, a MCARBO spring kit will help if you are worried about adjusting the stock trigger to low.

    Unfortunately the ESS only works with MDT and Magpul magazines (read important notes on MDT site) and even they require some tweaking, not acceptable to me! Maybe a few other manufacturers could improve upon the ESS chassis while providing multiple magazine options. McCree is another option...

    Until someone manufactures a chassis that allows multiple magazine options McMillan and a little Pro-Bed bedding compound is the way to go IMHO! I have a Houge FNH stock for FNH TBM real cheap if anyone is interested?
