    Sig 716 FTF with New Stock

    Check the gas valve setting and make sure it is on full value and not half valve (AKA Suppressor mode). The 716 have three settings: Off, Suppressed, and Full. Suppressed is a smaller opening that reduces over pressure caused by shooting with a can.

    I still use a large Storm case and I have a backpack that carries my extra mags and gear. I had the case on hand already and didnt feel a need to buy a new smaller case. I have used a bat bag and tennis racket bag before as a lower profile transportation method.

    I was running Paul's drill with a bolt gun, against two gas guns and it was amazing how much better they handled. It helped convince me to sell my bolt gun and get a JP 308. Three month wait left.
