MAX OAL in PMAG vs. Steel Mag?
I dont have access to a steel magazine for a AR10, but if someone happens to have both a PMAG and a steel magazine; is there a differance in the ability to have a slightly longer overall length round in a steel magazine. I just want to know what my options are to get my bullet closer to the lands. I used a Hornady Overall length tool and found that in order for my 208 A-Max to touch the rifling, the overall length had to be 3.62".
