Vudoo Barrel Length
At 200y 16-22 will make no difference. 16-18 seems identical shooting subs or high velocity. No need to to go longer than 18 for 200y, if you want to go 300,400,500 or even a 1000y I’d recommend getting a 20in and a faster twist. 1:9 to 1:12. I prefer the faster twist for anything over 400...- DBP1968

22LR twist rate
Howdy, I ordered and received my 1:9 twist Lilja barrel. Put it in a RPR Rimfire. Wish I would have read Ravage88‘s posts about going 22in vs 18 though. So the modifications I’ve done with this rifle are as follows. 1)Timney Trigger set at just a tick over 9oz post on IG about it...- DBP1968

Something is indeed off. Have you measured the brass pre/post firing from 2 different rifles? I’m wondering if the chamber is out of spec. Bolt head engagement off too. Just thoughts. I have “fixed” several CA rifles. They all had different problems. QC seems to be an issue there.- DBP1968

simple get The Sig Kilo3000BDX. I own them all, and when I say all I mean all. Ziess. Lieca, Swarovski, Vortex etc don’t hold a candle. NONE of them can consistently go beyond 1250-1300. Rifle Scopes Looking for a good performing optic for my RPR

crazy thing, try the barnes 127g in the RPR. The hornady shoots like a dream in my desert tech but not the RPR. Also how many rounds through it? Check the muzzle break as well and make sure its tight and centered.- DBP1968
