    Ensure barrel is cleaned and not making contact with your stock, check your torque, I torque to action screws to 45 inch lbs, HS recommends 60" lbs.

    What is a good DBM kit for a 700?

    As others have commented the Badger M5 is one of the best but your stock would require inletting as most will other then the HS Precision DBM, I have used both and their both good, HS is slimmer and works well for hunting too.

    I was referring to your bullet seating die, most reloading manuals have very clear directions if your die set did not come with them.

    If signs begin with resizing then you are using to much lube, use a nylon brush on insides of used brass and a very small amount on the outside by rolling or a quick spray to test.

Place your sized case on shell holder and slowly raise ram all the way up and screw your seating die down until contact with case is felt and back off 1/4 to 1/2 turn to ensure your not crimping your case.     Primers

    I had a few hours between flights today and stopped in at Cabela's in Wichita KS, they had a lot of large rifle primers, various rifle powders and CCI mini mag 100 ct 22LR ammo, all had limits on purchases, small rifle primers sold out within a day. (no inside intel)

    Sandbags or bipod?

    For shooting off bench I prefer a heavy sandbag because my bipod tends to slip off smooth concrete, prone prefer bipod.
