AI AICS 5 round mags
I’ve got 2 custom 260’s built on R700 actions (by LRI), one in a mcm a5 and one in a mcm htg. Both of them have ptg stealth bottom metal and the one in the a5 feeds flawlessly with 5rd magpul mags but the one in the htg will not feed from the magpul mags. I’ve always assumed that those chains were for a drag, just as you surmised. I have never dragged anything behind this disk or any other one, although I can imagine that it’d work well in some situations. I was hoping to wear out some short range steel with the latest acquisition and try out some new match 22 ammo through my Kidd 10/22, but my project of rebuilding my disk took longer than expected. I’m loading match/practice 9mm ammo with 124gr match jacketed hollowpoints for 12-13 cents per round. If you shoot a lot, even 9mm roi is fairly quick.- wfjames22
