    Looking for fellow Remington 700 5-R Gen 2 Owners!!!

    I know this thread is old but. I bought a new barrel from a 5r gen 2 over this winter for a steal. So I rebarreled a short action barrel was 22” but had to cut the barrel shoulder back to get the fatuous flutes to time up correct. true the action put a ptg recoil lug on now it’s more like a 20”...
