    Re: Heel/Foot Pain HELP! check if your insurance plan covers physical therapy...i've been using orthotics n believe in them...but i went to therapy and discovered a few stretches and exercises that seemed to work for me...BTW, i have gov insurance as well n my plan covered orthotics...
