Re: timney straight trigger?
I like mine a lot, it's in a B&C A2 so it's a fairly vertical grip. The best part is (at least in my mind) it helps me to press the trigger straight back rather than roll on it like a standard curved shoe
Re: Ear pro
Plugs + the HLs, like DWood said just about any muffs get in my way too but hearing loss sucks. It happens gradually over time without noticing it.
Re: Class 3 Dealers in Michigan
CC, where are you in Howell, I'm just a bit south in A2 and will definetly be looking for something to go on my .308. Its a 700 AAC so it might as well wear one of their cans.
Re: Suppressors legal in Michigan: It's about time
FANTASTIC! I will happily give back some of my federal tax return for this, to the ATF anyway. Count me in for the group buy as well, any chance on a Multi-Cal, the Remmy .308 would be happy to share with my 5.56?
Re: FFP scope under $600????
Your probably not going to be happy with the BSA, the Weaver 3-15 is the sweet spot and a great value. Just my opinion from buying and using both
Re: Suggest a cheek riser/pad
Karsten Cheek Rest
I cant remember where I got it but there is an A, B & C model. I suggest the one without the quick elevation adjustment as it holds firm and wont slip down on you, cost about $60
Re: Spotting scope options for 300 yard shooting
I have a Redfield Rampage I think is't called. 60X resolves well and it was a decent price. The tripod it came with was pretty crappy but the glass isn't that bad, and it's made by Leupold. i think it was around $200
Re: GRSC 1-6x Combat Rifle Scope?
Just got off the phone with Ed, this is only the second or third time I've talked to him and I gotta say, he is genuinely one helluva good guy. Good News point #1... The 1-6 is being made by Light Optic in Japan. #2... The 1st batch is all sold but they are...
Re: Need advice on a short range scope
Check this out, with the Bobro mount it's around $300. I'm not affilliated in any way just really impressed with the value of mine

Re: My worst day yet of reloading, feel free to share
OneShot=FirstStuckCase for me, bummer was it was the 2nd piece of brass to go through a Forrester comp die I had been waiting on. The rim is ripped off and the die still sits in the case with the brass stuck in it... I should really get...
Re: Short Barrel = what Powder?? Advise needed please
+2 on RL15, quick burner for a shorter barrel. I'm no guru but have had very good luck and consistent groups with 42gr RL15 pushing 168 SMKs. The RL15 also seems to be pretty consistent with varying weather
