Fieldcraft Gillie suit budget Build!

We used Rit clothing dye to dye jute available at good old gun friendly home Depot. The dye is available at the grocery store in about any color imaginable. Super cheap!

Fieldcraft Tactical Concealment dyes

Check out Rit fabric dyes. Buddy and I made a ghille a few years ago using it. They have about every color imaginable. Super cheap. Not sure if this was what you were looking for but it is available about every where

Thanks for the help guys. I am going to look for a used kestrel and practice with it. Seems to be the best way to get "good" practice.

Didn't know where to post this but here goes. I am looking for any video or book on how to read/ estimate wind in the field without using a kestrel etc. I am sure practice is the cure all here but with the cost of ammo these days I need a little help to at least get me close. Any other help...
