    Simply Outrageous -- 14.9mm Rifle

I am doing something a little different, I am making a 50cal 20mm. Same case like the anzino ironworks. It is still over a year out but here are some teaser photos. And like others have mentioned before, I have no practical reason to have it. But for me, just designing it and figuring out how to...

Re: SHWW Group Hey Guys- I am going to give a sneak peak for my newest rifle build. If you don't remember me I made a 338 lapua a few years back Now my new gun I am making. I have no practical use for it only that I want to make a big gun. It will be a 20/50 round like the one...

Windrunner barrel shroud and forward bipod

Re: Windrunner barrel shroud and forward bipod You won't be dissapointed. Mine works awesome. Accuracy wise it didn't do much. What really helped with the accuracy is I threw away the flimsy extendable butt stock rods and made two solid ones in their place that are rigid.

    Wind Runner/CheTac realistic accuracy.

Re: Wind Runner/CheTac realistic accuracy. I am getting a little over 1/2 moa out of my windrunner with my handloads. It is chambered in 50bmg

    338 SnipeTac

Re: 338 SnipeTac I am using the newest batch of Jamison. I had to neck turn them all but they are pretty good. I am also trying a new batch from HSM. I have only shot a few but they are forming well but they are not as thick as the Jamison brass. I have found that for my particular load of...

    338 SnipeTac

Re: 338 SnipeTac I have heard that if you don't load too hot and anneal your brass they can last up to 15 reloads. I also annealed my brass when I was necking the cases down. For barrell life I heard 1200 at best with a nitrided barrel.

    338 SnipeTac

Re: 338 SnipeTac I have a snipetac and so far I like it. Mine is a Lawton machine action with a 34" 1:9.25 twist cryo treated and nitrided barrell. It shoots really well and I have taken it out to 2300 yards no problem. If I were to do it again I would have gone with a stiller action...

    50 BMG

Re: 50 BMG I have an EDM Windrunner as well. I use cbc brass neck turned with cci primers and 225gr H50BMG powder with Amax Bullets seated .070 off the lands. I have heard the new Reloader 50 powder is pretty good from the 50bmg benchrest guys. I will try that stuff when I do my next powder...

    Cameras & Cleaning Help Needed

Re: Cameras & Cleaning Help Needed I have a custom 338 Lapua and in my experience I have gone over 200 rounds without a problem. Just depends on your barrell. As for the camera, if you have a good spotting scope and backdrop you won't need a camera. I do have one for punching holes in paper...

Re: SHWW Group The steel themselves held up well. The bearing mount for the spinner was the weak point. It was made from cast aluminum. If it were something like steel it would hold up just fine. It did seem to hold up to the 338 lapua well. The snipetac was denting the spinner. The popper...

Re: SHWW Group The video camera setup I have can attach to my spotting scope if we want to go that route. I also have a target camera that streams over wifi to my laptop. The frame rate is pretty slow and not the best quality but works well for finding bullet holes in paper.
