XLR element gen 1 issues with feeding

This sounds like a dirty/worn mag issue. The only thing a chassis controls in regards to feeding is magazine height. Too low, and the bolt will skip over the top of the round. The rest is handled with the correlation between the receiver and the magazine. I would recommend taking your mags...

New ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT hunting / competition / varmint / do-it-all chassis from XLR Industries!!!

Smoke Composites does build these for us hence the name but the stocks they build for us are different than the ones on their site. They have worked with us to build them to our spec and lengths we have set forth. So if you order from them, it will be different than what you get from us. Edit...

Yes, the harness of AZ61A is not quite that of 6061-T6. That said, it is not much different and I would doubt you would see much real-world difference. There are many factors that contribute to the overall strength of an alloy. The ultimate strength of both is very similar.

New ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT hunting / competition / varmint / do-it-all chassis from XLR Industries!!!

So the web site is a bit confusing in this area and for that, I apologize. we will be working to clear that up. We do not offer the magnesium chassis with an anodized finish so the only option is cerakote. The cost of the cerakote for the main chassis block is worked into the price. If you...

Why yes I can. It is a funky spacing due to the spacing of the rail we built years ago. We stuck with the spacing so all the new accessories fit the old butt stocks to. The first hole is .375" from the back of the stock. The spacing between the 2 holes is .7825". 10-32 thread

New ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT hunting / competition / varmint / do-it-all chassis from XLR Industries!!!

No sir. The complete magnesium chassis with butt stock and grip is 28 ounces. The chassis itself is only 16 ounces compared to the MDT's 24.23 ounces. The aluminum version is 22 ounces although I will say the Element 3.0 has a longer hand guard as well.
