Sorry it didn’t work out. I didn’t realize what the fix was exactly for since I don’t have one. I just knew I had seen pics of it on SMA and thought it might be an avenue worth checking into.
Soldier Mountain Arms developed a ‘HNT26 Fix’ this year. Sounds like it addresses the issues described. It should come from mdt without needing a fix, with what they cost. I don’t have one, so this is just a FYI
show some respect, he thinks they’re his girlfriends.
If he’s dumb enough to kiss them on the mouth and play “family”….he’s probably dumb enough to marry one.
They’re the exact same.
Side note: My wife whacked this cow at 510y with my CTR 6.5cm. 143eld-x. Pretty proud of her. I’ve never personally shot an elk.

The 223 CTR is 5/8x24. They’re tough to find.
You might be better off finding a cheap lite model as a donor and putting a threaded prefit on it. Otherwise you’re gonna spend roughtech or super varmint money.
I had my superlite 223 threaded 1/2x28, but sold it when I found a CTR.
You really have to pay attention to keeping the o-rings clean and especially the area where the o-ring touches the sides. Check it each time you put the caps on. My oil cap was leaking so I took it into the dealer. He cleaned off some tiny amount of debris, where I described above, and it...
I had a similar predicament. Here’s another option.
I ended up selling my ss T3 superlite in 300wm to a friend for $600 when I found a T3x veil 300wm on the forums….mainly to get a threaded barrel for a brake. I had that superlite a long time and always wanted to thread it to use my suppressor...
