    Re: First precision rifle & first outing Ditch the South African stuff. My ruger shoots better than this if i feed it the proper stuff. AIAE is an incredible rifle but using ex-mil ball ammo isn't doing it justice. Equate this setup to a Porsche 911, except you're running re-treads on it.

    Re: Tikka T3 varmint The varmint & lite are the same mate, aside from the barrel. Just grab a Lite and rebarrel. Cheaper than a TRG and you'll have a hunterweight .308 barrel to sell, shouldn't cost you too much.
