    Photos my three amigos

Re: my three amigos It'd be near on impossible to get a pistol shipped from the US. Just looked on UsedGuns.com (aussie site). There's fiveseven's there. But they're near on $2000 a pop. I like my guns, but not $2000 like and the mandatory competition time i'd have to shoot with it.

    m40 a1 original

Re: m40 a1 original Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. But it's good to hear that he's kept some of these items, do you know if it was his service rifle because that'd make it quite the heirloom.

    Need help picking an AR>>>>

Re: Need help picking an AR>>>> I'm in no way bagging out KAC or their pricing. AIAW's fetch 10k, despite being (marginally) less accurate than a GAP in an AICS that costs several thousand less. the difference is that the AIAW is TOUGH. as is the KAC. For 90% of the shooters on this board...

    Need help picking an AR>>>>

Re: Need help picking an AR>>>> SR-25 is priced at 5k because there's guys who love nothing more than to sit at a range and go "Yeah, this is my SR-25, it's mil-spec", whilst showing off their weaver scope in lynx rings.

    The Next Generations Lost Treasure

Re: The Next Generations Lost Treasure I'm not sure what it's like in the US, but how many original Vietnam Era M16A1's are sitting around in unissued form, or with perfect furniture? Even now, down here in Oz, i cringe when i see someone talk about how they 'sporterised' their old .303 that...

Ammo question: M118LR vs FGMM 175

Re: Ammo question: M118LR vs FGMM 175 If i'm not mistaken, M118 is 7.62 whilst FGMM is .308 Something to do with case thickness and chamber pressures, or shoulder length/pitch (maybe im thinking of .223/5.56mm). I'm sure someone will correct me and tell me i'm stupid soon enough

Photos We shot Tannerite inside of car for my birthday!

Re: We shot Tannerite inside of car for my birthday! Ignore the whingers man. Shooting is meant to be a fun passtime/sport, as long as you make it safe you can dick around and dress up how you want and make playtime as a doorkicker until the sun goes down. I doubt any of the Vets here would...

    New Member Seeking Advice

Re: New Member Seeking Advice Tikka T3 Tactical is just an overpriced version of what you can get in the T3 Varmint. Get the T3 varmint, i'm in love with mine, the trigger is crisp and user adjustable without disassembly, the action is smooth and tight, and the stock, whilst not brilliant...

New Comer- Help With Questions/Issues Please

Re: New Comer- Help With Questions/Issues Please Savage's are pretty good for the money. Yes, they're a budget rifle, however they spend the money where it matters, ie: Barrel, Action and Trigger. Yes, the bolt can feel a bit sloppy and tough, but it is ACCURATE, and that is what matters...
