    This sounds like an extractor issue. I can tell you 100% that not every m16 style extractor will fit right, so it is best to buy the $20 replacement extractor and spring direct from Impact. And if you’re going to do that, buy the ejector spring and plunger too.

    You can, if the alignment on the threads and shoulder are ok. I get it, it isn’t ideal for center fire especially with weight. But if you don’t like the tbac peel washers, shims aren’t going to make you feel any better either.

    Any crush washer for 5/8-24 should be good enough for this problem. The major diameter looks less then .625 in the photo, and that’s probably what they cut to or a thousandth or two under before threading. These are intriguing...

    That should work (the 22-250 kit). I printed my own case feed adapter for 6br, which uses the 6mm ppc powder funnel. If the case feed adapter from the 22-250 kit doesn’t work just use a longer one like 308. Or, get on thingiverse and fine an STL file you can print if you’re into 3D printing.
