I have no problem with hop in the prone get straight back with square shoulders take out the slack of the bipod and u can shoot round after round without readjustment!! On the bench if I use a death grip n I mean so tight the muscles cause the reticle to tremble then I can spot my hits otherwise...
Ok here goes I had a factory tikka .308 and used to use hoppes 9 and had the same problem as you. One day I scrubbed the barrel 400 od times wore out two bronze brushes and patches still came out black!! If you let those patches sit for a while they will turn green hoppes is attacking the brush...
