    Glad to hear you got better CS than me. Remington's demise was inevitable IMO. And the mkiv is awesome. I got the tactical and it's an incredibly fun gun to shoot. And compared to the previous versions, it's so easy to clean.

    Worst : Remington 870. The thing would jam and fail to eject constantly. Called Remington, they said I had to shoot Remington shells from it. Most surprising: Ruger mkiv.

    6.5 creed is moving in the right direction. Personally, I'd go with a 223 if all things were equal for the TAC class. It will have similar ballistics to the 308 with the 80+ grain class of bullets, but a lot less recoil.

    Not at all, I think the 308 will hold you back way more than the scope you're using. Unless you're going for the tactical class, the 308 is less than ideal. Mediocre ballistics and relatively heavy recoil.

    I say it's the 19lb stiker spring. If there was absolutely nothing wrong with the 16 and 19lb spring, I can't understand why ARC changed it twice. Now they ship the nucleus with a 25 lb spring. They do that for a reason.

    So no light strikes yesterday with the origin in 115 rounds. I actually went back and found my 7 SAUM ammo and my nucleus had 4 light strikes in 160 rounds with a 19 lb spring. 50 were 7 SAUM, 110 was 6.5x47.

    They use both rank and AFSC levels. 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 levels. 1, and 3 levels are typically E-1 through E-4. 5, 7 are E-4 through E-6, and 7, 9 are E-7 through E-9.
