    Here's my problem. At some future time some ordinary guy who just took a job as a CO is going to need to cuff a con. The convict fears what will occur when he's in cuffs and people end up hurt needlessly.

    I think this must be satirical. It just does not seem possible. I just did a Google search [Dylann Roof pardon] it did not return anything about a Biden pardon. The first reason I thought the story BS is that Mr Roof and his family are poor white trash. Nothing for bribes=no pardon.
