    Personally, I'd look to replace the wheels. There are several high quality Chinese wheelsets that can be had for less than 600 bucks. Many of the high dollar CF bike frames and wheelsets are made in China. Not sure about the Campy cassette, if it is the same as the Shimano, the superteam carbon...

    Depends on the bottom metal you are going to use, if you're doing a DBM. The accurate mag allows a coal of 2.95, I'd say have it throated to allow a cartridge length of 2.9, allowing you 5 thou to chase lands.

    Don't complain when no one gets arrested for crimes committed. Officers are sued every day for legal arrests for crimes with overwhelming evidence. Does qualified immunity get abused? Yes. I believe we have generally turned the corner on that, though it still happens.
