    The zipper gave up the ghost on my precision rifle rifle bag/shooting mat. What soft case do you all use? Preferably I’d like to be able to fit my rifle in the case with the can still on. Rifle is a A2 Covert with a 20 inch barrel. Can is a Thunderchicken.

    Got to do some varmint hunting on the farm today. Dressed to go to dinner, but the group bagged to sit on the back patio, grill, and plink. Shot was 95 yards to the neck, DRT. She was sitting on the woodpile behind me in the photo. 6.5 cm with 144 gn Bergers.

    My rifle bag/shooting mat is beginning to become unserviceable. What do you all use for a rifle bag? I know DT has one, but I’ve never seen it in person to verify quality. Also considering Eberlystock (sp?) rifle packs, but I don’t know if they will fit a non traditional rifle profile like the SRS.

    I’ve got a 20 inch 6.5 CM barrel on mine. Even with a full size can the rifle is still very handy and capable out to 1200 yards. I’ve even got it out to a mile before, though I admit that was truly pushing the limits of my setup.
