Bushing fl reeding die
This is normal for a FL bushing die, the portion of the case neck close to the shoulder does not get sized. Glen Zediker describes this in detail in his book and also in the Midsouth Shooters Supply blog, Reloading Corner. The link to the blog article...- Buzzbait

I've been working on load development for this rifle and from my experience, the available load date that's out there is better suited for bolt guns. Most of the published data from powder & bullet manufacturers does not mention a 20" barreled gas gun. My rifle in particular does very well...- Buzzbait
