    Re: Lug Lapping question--- If the bolt body isn't sleeved or the raceway bored with an over sized bolt body,the sear & f/pin's striker will exert upward pressure on the bolt body undercutting the RH bolt lug/buttress. If the action/bolt are properly trued,lapping the bolt lugs is not required.

    Re: JAE-100 Gen I vs Gen II for the M1A IF- The rifle is built with front/rear lugs a tensioner won't be required whether in a glassed stock or JAE stock. For the extra 100+ bucks,order the tensioner & do some testing. The gas piston should be the only variable.
