From what I have seen, most of copper plated 22lr are high velocity-super sonic. Usually not as accurate as the standard velocity one after 50 yards.
If barrel fouling is a concern, try cci nylon jacketed one. But it is also high velocity.
I have my tikka t1x mounted to a at-one stock. I like it. But I would say at-one is a good budget stock. Works good and stock is stiff and finish is good. However, the forearm, grip and other accessories fitting need improvement. But you get what you pay for.
Wow, I would not go that high...
I installed my t1x in Boyd’s at one stock and I torque the action screw at 35in-lb. it shoots 1/4 inch at 25yd indoor any day.
I have a couple of Bushnell scopes and I like them. I would vote for dmr2. But like the other mentioned, would be hard to find a dmr2 under $1000. I see The first gen dmr in classified in that price once a while

For OP, do you need the top end 32x magnification? If you do, OK.
It is SFP scope if I remember correct. Are you OK with that?
Look for classified here and see if you can get a real elite tactical?
I put my tikka t1x into a boyd's at one stock. about 1.5 in shorter lop vs standard tikka t1x stock. make sure yo order the right model because the magazine may not fit.
To the original post question. I may need the 27x to get a good looking person next to the pool. Yes, my obj is 56mm and my scope is longer than yours.
I had similar issue with s&b 338lm 2 yrs ago with my data srs a1. I bought 4 boxes/40 rd. First round was fine. 2nd round the case stuck. And had to bring out my Steyr ssg04 and shoot for the rest I of the day. Got back home and use a rubber hammer to get the casing out. The casing looks fine...

For dip rail, please note, it is not a full Picatinny rail. It is solid in the middle. I had to cut a slot so I can mount my ADM mount. Other than that, I like the design of dip rail.
Interesting read. I have no dog in their fight. But reading the law suit filed by RUAG and posted by prime, I would withhold my judgment on both party until the case is settled. Here is the link.
