    It was the Cerakote that Brad at H&W used on it... it is pretty sweet and looks even better in person. Has a different feel then the mat black finishes I have had.

    Well, I ordered a 30cal blank now and sent it to my gunsmith tp cut me another 308 to add to my 25x47L he is re-doing next week that USPS lost and is still looking for. I can't wait to put some of these CRB barrels through their paces.

    I will if USPS ever finds mine :( they are working on it, but it is looking grim. Gunsmith said he was about to cut me another one, and just leave it to the gods to see if this one ever gets un-lost.

    Well after my new actions came in my other 308 is back together and out of the safe getting shot again finally!! This gun f'n rocks!! Quite possibly my favorite rifle!!

    This is litterly my 25x47 build... minus the Haris. And I am not sure if my TT is going on this gun or staying on my 6BRA. I have a few Hawk Hills and love them, also this barrel was cut in Missouri.. should be to me next week to start breaking in.

    No idea.... but it seems like sound logic, or it is just how they are adjusted and preference. Mine also says Made In America on the tube if that means anything.
