    Re: Best LR cartridge for an AR platform. The grass is always greener on the other side. I'd just stick with the .308, but if you feel compelled to find something else try calling SSK Ind. They make some pretty powerful AR-10's.

    Trigger fit?

    Does anyone know if any Rem. 700 trigger will fit any Rem. 700? In other word's, will a long action trigger fit a short action gun / and / or an SPS Tactical? I need a stock trigger for a project and I found one, however it is a LA trigger and my rec. is a SA SPS. Will there be a problem?

    Re: New 1 & 4x AR scope! Thats what I fiqured, about $1000. Still it's a great little scope and the Elcan unit is $1800+ so $1000 isn't that bad. (Depending how good it really is of course.) Besides, we spend $1500 - $2500+ to put the right scope on a bolt gun, why not $1000 for your AR?
