    Cartridges for plinking suggestions

    I know you said no 223, but I'd recommend a 223 bolt gun. I've got a Tikka T3x Varmint in 223, easily the most fun rifle I have. It's accurate, easy to load for, and it's the cheapest centerfire rifle I have to shoot. I shoot mine out to 500 yards. 22lr would also be an option.

    Interesting! The Fedex Hub I work by won't allow me to drop off ammo, or any hazmat items. Hence why I had to schedule a pickup.

    All the UPS customer service centers around me have closed. Last time I shipped Ammo I paid FedEx $3 to come pick up the box. Worked well.

    Tikka T3x CTR 6.5CM 24" - How fast do you run your bullets?

    Find a load your rifle likes and stick with it. Don't worry about pushing max velocity. I find my 24" CTR likes 41.5gr H4350 and Hornady ELDM bullets. Shoots about 2730fps for me.

    I tend to go with Geissele, haven't had any issues at all. Also have used ALG in the past. They work, but the Geissele is better. Still have some ALG though.

    I'd swap that barrel for a White Oak Armament barrel. They have good sales from time to time. The Ballistic Advantage barrel is likely a limiting factor.

    Anyone know of where I can buy a Vudoo Single Shot mag / adapter? I know a guy was selling them here, but he unfortunately passed. Is anyone else making them? I'd like to order from someone that also sells the standard plastic Vudoo mags. I just got my first Vudoo and would like more than 1 mag.

    Advice on .223 Tikka T3X and a KRG Bravo

    I've got a similar build. Tikka T3X 24" Varmint (previous owner had it threaded) in a MDT Chassis. It shoots great, probably the most accurate rifle I own. It loves 75gr Hornady HPBT bullets, and 77gr SMKs. Does well with IMR 8208 XBR powder and N140.

    Area 419 Arcalock clamp

    Glad they are taking care of you. I had a similar issue with my knob, and they replaced it for me. I haven't had any issue with the replacement.
