    I had a 40sw to 9mm Alphawolf barrel in a Glock 35 for several years. I did change the extractor and ejector as well. The gun / barrel shot well. Would do it again.

    Superlative Arms adjustable gas block gas tube hole isn’t Milspec height?

    I used a Superlative Arms gas block for a build using a .875" gas block journal. I carefully straightened my gas tube to work. No big deal, easy to do.

    I use FC brass for 223 reloads. I consistently get groups smaller than 1" with it. You can certainly make it work.

    What do you use for a chamber flag?

    I use an MDT chamber flag. Was at a match on Saturday and one guy forgot to bring a flag, but he had a small yard flag in his truck so he used it. Range officer offered to let him use a bright orange zip tie (looped) as a safety flag.

    I completely agree. I ran cheap steel cased 55gr down mine until the burr was gone. Now that the burr is gone and my barrel has settled, I'm getting about 3/4 MOA with hand loads.

    I've also got an 18" WOA SPR barrel. My particular barrel had a large burr at the gas port that was catching copper for the first 400 rounds or so. You might check it if you have a borescope. Point being, you might give it several hundred rounds to settle down.

    If the data in your notes are consistent then you could use OMR software like Remark or FormRead to read your notes and save it to Excel, but that may not be practical. You'd have to map out regions for each of the fields you'd want to read.

    Does leaving Powder in V4 Auto Trickler change weight due to pulling moisture?

    That happened to me too on my Chargemaster. I also have a Lee Autodrum powder measure I use on another press. I leave Titegroup in it all the time. No etching, slight discoloration though, but might just be dirty. I haven't tried cleaning it off.
