    For me the issue here is, why are the officers so quick to use CQB tactics to respond to a call or make an arrest? These SF hostage-rescue style entires are completely unnecessary for 99% of situations. The irony is, when it was actually time to do that shit in Uvalde, then they didn’t.

    Why put a red dot on 1-8x

    x100 on using a red dot mounted on top of an LPVO for use with NODs. It works well, and to me this is THE reason to do it. During the day an offset dot will not be faster than an LPVO thats set to 1x.

    The most galling thing about these laws is the "Take the guns first, we'll sort it out in court later" approach. That is so completely the antithesis of how our justice system is SUPPOSED to work that it makes you wonder what's left of freedom.

    I have a holosun 507c on my P229. Absolutely love it. The ACSS reticle is a game changer, makes finding the aiming chevron instant. Mine is on a 9mm, so I can’t speak to 10mm recoil effects on the optic, though the holosuns are built pretty tough.
