    If you think its the scope and rings remove it and see how the brass ejects. Change the ejector spring to a lighter spring. Joel has to be one of the best when it comes to CS.

    I make the necks glow red and the annealing line is below the shoulder, what I found is that if you don't get it red when you bump the shoulder and size the neck there is spring back. I swear its more of an art than a science.

Could it be the brass has grown so much and the die is not sizing the body down enough which is causing the brass to swell up and not contract which could be causing the increase in pressure therefore increasing velocity?     It’s the opposite, you still had carbon inside the neck and the mandrel removed the carbon to expose the brass under it.

    Probably meant extractor as the ejectors don’t brake unless it was hammered with the pin. 😂😂

    You drill a hole in the block of wood or use a muzzle brake to fit the firing pin in so it doesn't bottom out. Compress the spring till it hits the back of the shroud and start unscrewing.     Any one know if the MDT low rider cheek pad fits an MPA matrix chassis? Do the holes line up on the cheek pad with the holes in the chassis?

    is there enough neck clearance? Carbon ring? Verify seating depth bullet not in the lands? .004 seems about right for new brass to expand to chamber. Do you have an alpha reamed chamber? Some people have luck with alpha brass in a non alpha chamber but some don’t.

    Try a small base 260 or 270 die. It sizes the base without touching the shoulder.
