    I have the Razor and i personally think it’s a great spotting scope. It is big for a backpack hunt, but if your going back to a main camp everyday it fine. Glass is clear and have no problems seeing my hits on 1000 yard steel. I can see bullet holes on paper, my ranges max for paper targets.

    Storing Ammunition...

    I had ammo stored at my folks house for over 3 years while stationed overseas. I left it in mgm boxes inside of Rubber Maid containers. When I finally picked it up I was a little discolored but shot great.

    Spotting Scope Suggestions

    I have the Vortex Razor HD. I really like the scope. I went ahead and picked up the mil reticle eyepiece. It’s reticle isn’t busy, 22 powder, and I can still spot hits at 600 yards, I haven’t taken it it out any farther.

    My choices were Kidd, Feddersen, and Green Mountain. I’m glad I went with Kidd for my build.
